Beef Stroganoff with Cream Sauce - Signature Edition Pro Adventure Meal with Ike Eastman SF

Without a doubt, creating a meal for a legend like Eastman comes as a tall order.  The Eastmans family has established a multiple generation legacy that probes into the very heart of the American West.  When we were creating a meal with Ike we wanted it to be something classic, but something elevated and done in a way that no one has ever done before.  For Ike's meal we have created Beef Stroganoff that is cooked from scratch by our chef's. The history of a backcountry meal like stroganoff dates back generations much like the Eastman family, but that is where the nostalgia ends. This meal is something truly unique, chef-crafted in our very own kitchen using premium ingredients, cooked to perfection as a complete dish BEFORE being freeze dried.  This is a new twist on an old classic and we are proud to call our own!

Instructions

1. Tear pouch at notch and remove oxygen absorber from inside of pouch.
2. Add 1 cup (8oz) of boiling water. Additional water may be needed to reach desired consistency. 
3. Stir well, close zipper, and let stand 7-10 minutes. *REHYDRATION TIMES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON THE ALTITUDE* 
4. Eat and enjoy!
